Notice is hereby given to all community members who own a stock of animals (Cows, Donkeys, Sheep, Goats e.tc) that the Municipality has appointed Pound Master who will be responsible for pounding roaming animals in all four towns of Setsoto Municipal area.

It is on the basis that owners of animals are advised to take responsibility of controlling their animals.

Take note that pound master has the right to pound animals that will be found roaming around and the owner will be liable for a fine.
