To render financial services in billing and meter reading according to financial regulations and legislation, and also to administer and control all activities related to the division. These include but are not limited to; review claims submitted monthly/ quarterly to Government for Property Rates. To review and sign off all registers and the balancing thereof. Oversight over billing process and reconcile debtors balance monthly after billing. Statistical reports to be extracted monthly and at financial year end and also to oversee valuation roll reconciliation.
